You may be asking, “What’s going on here?”
This is one of the few abstract photos of the project. And while the others have been intentional, I’m certain than this one was entirely an accident, and a complete delight once seeing it.
This is pure speculation, but I’m fairly confident what happened here is that I accidentally hit the shutter while adjusting the tilt of my tripod, especially since it was taken only 39 seconds before the previous near-exact composition.
Here’s the result without without the accidental movement.
I like publishing these accidental photos, the photos that aren’t the best or most classic sunrise photos, but all the ones in between that are incredibly more authentic and transparent to what the process was, especially on this raining morning with rain drops on the lens.
