For some added context…

There are countless photos of Little Presque Isle from this approximate point. It’s hard not to go wrong with this scene.

However, all of these photos labeled “Little Presque Isle” are actually from the point and not Little Presque Isle itself. This conflicts with my naming mechanism for the project as I label the location from where the photos are taken, and I’m not actually on the Island in any of them.

Until now…

The point at Little Presque Isle

Some locals will gasp at this, but this is actually my first time standing on little Presque Isle, ever. It felt like a monumental occasion to be looking back at the point for the first time ever.

Not every sunrise outing is memorable at this point, but this one will stand out in the bunch for a long time. It was a proper outing, inspired, with a quality effort put in.

Another tough decision with the sunrise icicles. In the end, I’d be able to replicate the icicle photos much easier, especially since this is a rare location, actually being on or next to Little Presque Isle rather than the point. Also this was published for two days later.
