There are so many of these photos I love, but how many of the island can I publish?
What surprised me about this particular photo selection, is with the countless (ok, i could literally count them) mornings I’ve been out here, this is a composition with the grass, island, and tree that I have overlooked every morning until now. And I quite love it.

I always like to show how the morning began, especially on mornings like these.

I love these last two so much, but I feel in the last year or two I’ve really leaned into the sun peaking just around the corner of the island. Lots of those. What’s new, however, is the long exposure in daylight, thanks to some new ND filters I’m trying.
