While I’m probably partial to the photo with the silhouetted person on the bike, the gull silhouette is probably the obvious choice, as was chosen in a poll by my Instagram followers.
While not my favorite photo, I’m in love with the perfectly silhouetted gull. I wish the silhouette was in a couple of the other photos. With today’s tools it’s easy to make that happen, but the purposes and integrity of this project, this is the frame with the gull, and not the others and I will not alter that.
I love this photo, but I I don’t like where it’s focused, which is the very end of the log, which is in the dark shadows. Had the focusing point been on the front of the log where it’s kissed by the light, or on the horizon, this may have been the winner.
