What’s meaningful about this selection to me is that it’s reminiscent of YOTS I. I think at the beginning of this project I took a lot more unobstructed photos, where now I tend to step behind a tree and add something to the foreground.

Today, I would probably choose the photo behind the branches if it weren’t for this reminiscent feeling.

Of course, I’m writing these notes nearly three years later, so it’s hard to go back to that time… was I really putting more or fewer things in the foreground in different eras of this project?
