With so many photos of the lighthouse, I wanted remove it from the chosen composition. From such a popular location, it’s nice to remove the obvious landmark and make the photo a little more anonymous. It also puts the emphasis on this hole in the ice, which I really enjoy.
It become a soggy wet downpour by the time I headed home.
