Birthday road trip!
It’s become a bit of a tradition, errr… intermittent tradition, that I spend my birthday in Grand Marais. I hope to be back for future birthdays.
Sometimes, I’m a complete idiot. I can confidently say it’s not too often. But on this little trip, in the middle of February with temperatures in the teens and twenties, I left Marquette without my winter jacket. So, sunrise was a quicker endeavor than I preferred.
