Today is the fourth day in a row where the sun was not visible at sunrise. The last time this happened was May 2.
In other news, I’m chubby. I pounded a pint of Ben & Jerry’s (Americone Dream, The Spot didn’t have Milk & Cookies) last night with ease.
This week has been incredibly productive. But what tends to happen in these times is I eat terribly or binge eat. Always having something there to snack helps me get the things done, and it’s that time of year. The Fresh Coast grind is real.
This 2019 project has been all about the mind and spirit. I think 2020 will need a project that focuses on the body and eating habits. But hey, that Ben & Jerry’s is putting is putting on a film fest for upwards of a thousand people.
