Musings [88 words]

For a month, maybe two months, it feels as though I’ve constantly been craving more sleep. I am certainly not getting enough at night, but if you add in a nap or two during the day, I’m certainly getting a quality amount throughout the day. What I believe I’m feeling is alarm fatigue. This morning is the 199th consecutivate day of relying on an alarm to wake up on time. And what I really, really crave, is letting my body sleep until it wakes up on its own.

Fuel more Sunrises

There is plenty more to come from Year of the Sunrise. You can always add a cup of coffee to keep me going strong in the mornings, or a tank of gas to get me to some new places, as the sun keeps rising.
