All through grade school, college, and early in my career I was a breakfast person. At some point a handful of years ago that changed and I started skipping my breakfast. Turns out when your first activity of the day is walking outside, and not sitting down at a desk, you work up an appetite a hell of a lot faster. Breakfast, it’s good to see you again. Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, Golden Grahams, I’ll be seeing you soon.
